How we give back to our community and environment
Here at Instant Swim, we are strong believers in giving back to the people and world around us, that's why we constantly strive to do more when supporting our charities and planet.
As a company, we have taken the green growth pledge as a way to help push ourselves to be better every year at looking after our fragile world.
Re-grow our world
Our urge to minimise what we take from this world is proudly on show with our mission to have a fully recyclable ecosystem, with the age of digital media avoiding the use of paper has never been easier, that's why we no longer use printed documents in our administration process at all!
In addition to make up for all the pages that have already been printed we have officially launched our ''1 review = 1 tree'' program, meaning that for every digital review that we are given on google, or Facebook we have pledged to plant one tree.
So far with your help we have planted 48 tree's and sequestered an estimated 14.4 tones of CO2, see our recent figures by clicking here.
The Plastic Problem
It's been a long known fact that single use plastics are leaving a footprint on our world that will be here for hundreds of generations to come unless we do something about it now, we are doing our part by no longer accepting single use plastics from our suppliers, if it can't be re-used, re-cycled, or re-filled we will no longer have anything to do with it.
Our power promise
Due to the way our swimming pool is run we have enormous energy consumption, however we have chosen to make the best of an unavoidable situation.
Thanks to a partnership with responsible energy suppliers, every single kilowatt of energy used at instant swim is generated by clean renewable sources, we officially have the 100% renewable energy stamp.
Saving every last drop
A given downside to every single pool in the world is the tremendous water usage that goes along with it, its something that most people just accept as being unavoidable, but that just wasn't a good enough answer for us.
Thanks to extensive upgrades to our water treatment facilities', and some well thought our chemistry in our swimming pool maintenance we have now reduced our water consumption by over 620,000 liters annually.
RNLI Ambassador
At Instant Swim we are proud supporters of the RNLI, the work these volunteer heroes do is absolutely remarkable and to date they have helped over 140,000 people make it home to their loved ones.
The goal of Instant Swim is to instill safety and confidence around the water, but when all else fails we can rest easy knowing the RNLI will always be there to help.
